It is amazing how many business people and in my case Realtors, let the competition tell them, this or that won't work here. What a bunch of nonsense! I am sure the competition said the same thing when Wal-Mart or Home Depot came to town. Now that very competition is dead and gone.
Never listen to the competitors who have only their own interest in mind.
