Well, I am at the mid point of my second month at Keller Williams in Tyler, Texas. I am having a blast to say the least. The agents in the office have taken to the training and motivation so well, it even amazes me. Recruiting is coming along well and we are constructing a new location. Ok, it’s not all roses, there are a few folks dealing with issues with the new facility, but as a whole, things are great.
The longer I am here, the more I realize that Real Estate Agents are pretty much the same everywhere. From hard working to lazy to whiners, they are all represented. We have probably the best mix of talent at this office that I have ever seen. I consider myself lucky and honored to be at the helm. Homes in Tyler, Texas are very affordable and an agent should find the makings of a great career here.
