I talk often about having a passion for what you do. If you add the passion you have to a purpose, all of a sudden you have an unbeatable combination for success. An example of this is the fact that I have a passion for recruiting, training and educating. The purpose of which is to make as many people successful as possible. In helping as many people as possible, I believe I will have personal growth and rewards.
Simply put, having both a passion and purpose gives you the edge on the competition day in and day out.
